Also keep in mind that the restore is NOT going by domain name - but by user name.

As long as we're having more hours of downtime than I can count on my fingers, can we get an update at least hourly? I know it's time-consuming to keep in touch with your customers, but a line or two an hour isn't really so bad... Carly said we were at "P" almost two hours ago; how's it coming?

Sorry, I'll try to update sooner - but I'm not always gettin updates
![]() The shared IP was missing from the server, which is what I thought the issue was previously. It's been added, but there is some other issue with it that needs to have a server restart, which those working on the content transfer don't want to do until the content has been fully transferred. Last I heard, we were almost completely through the S's. I'm not sure how much longer it will be. ![]() |

No, thanks, Carly - that's a good update. Well, at least it's good to be updated. Keeping us in the loop helps us keep our end users informed, and maybe mitigate some shattered expectations. It sounds like we've still got quite a while to go.
