Reciprocal Link Software

I'm looking at the value (return on cost and time invested) of products like Zeus, Arelis, ALink, LinkMachine, LinksManager, others...

So, what kind of experiences do you have with this type of software? I'd appreciate any feedback that may help in my decision to select a particular software.

My product specification preferences include:
- search for link partners
- auto link addition/update based on reciprocated link status (present or not)
- built-in and customizable email

I've kind of been wondering about this too. Also, does anyone have ideas on how you can integrate the links into your site? I really don't like having a 'links' section...and I wonder how many people would actually use it.

Used Zeus (long time ago) had no real problems - haven't any experience of the others.

For me, I was planning on using it mostly for search engine purposes (not for real people). So the link would be in the footer... something like "keyword-phrase partners". If I get good responses I might make it into its own domain.

How was the "training time" compared to the benefit you received from it? It sounds like you're not using it anymore. Why did you stop using it?
