cp problem

I am having a problem on my cypher cp. The links under "Support" give me an "Action Canceled" page for some reason. "Custom Jobs" works, but the links for "Ticket Center" "New Ticket" and "KB" just go to "Action Canceled." What's wrong? TIA

Rich - our ticket system is acting up. We're working on hammering it out. You can submit a ticket via email for now until we get this working properly.

No problem.. it's easy to reply quickly when I can't log in to the ticket system & am waiting for it to come back up!
