I have been unable to login to the my reseller and site control panels for about 5 days. Is there a server down?

Hey Justin,

No Servers are down. You might want to submit a trouble ticket since everything is all green here.

also if you're using HSphere, there are 2 different login pages...

one for your master account - https://cp.hsphere.cc:8443 - is not the same login page as for your admin/end user accounts.
