Change Service Account

I want to change the serivce account domain I used when I created my reseller account. Is there any way to do it easily without having the need to get a new reseller account and move all the hosted domains from old to the new reseller account.

If that is the case, can you good folks at Vortech help me do it quickly rather than me doing it through control panel one by one.

Unfortunately, there isn't any easy way to do this, but you can add another service domain and just use that instead on the one you originally created. To add another service domain you need to click on "Add DNS Zone" under your E.Manager of your admin control panel. Once you've created the new service domain, then you can change all of your server aliases by deleting the old one's and selecting the new one's from the pull-down. However, if you do choose to to this, there will be downtime while all of the DNS information updates and if you choose to change the name of your name servers, that could mean downtime for your customers.
