Wow... I go away for a couple hours, and all hell breaks loose! I don't know who decided to start a battle with Vixen, but that was a BIG mistake... She can eat you all for lunch... As for me, I'm feeling a bit responsible for this, as I started this whole thread - just trying to make a point about the different/inconsistent communications I was receiving from Vortech (not any particular person).

I don't believe I've ever made any personal attacks here, or anywhere else. My focus is, and has always been on just trying to make my business better and suggesting ways (even if I do use bad language sometimes) that Vortech could help me to that end.

I do very much appreciate all of the difficulty and crap that Vixen and everyone else at Vortech must have to deal with every single day in support of this operation. I went into business for myself because I hated having a boss. But now, I sometimes even hate having customers - because they can be even bigger annoying pains-in-the-butts

I have one literally - hope this lightens things up a bit (I swear to god he sits at his computer hitting send/receive every 2 seconds) then sends me emails saying mail server appears to be down if by some slim chance that he gets an error out of the 100 times he hits send /receive.

I can laugh about it now (kinda) but not sure always if I am homicidal or suicidal when I get mail from him.
