Where is the best place to post attempted or criminal activity?

Spam houses seem to deal w/ spam but some of these are really nasty, like the nigeria thing. Recently I got fleetpay.net then fraudulent fleetpay.com that looks like they are at least attempting to hijack fleetpay.com dns in some way. If you do a lookup. I got fleetpay.com mail recently that supposedly is another company that is legit. There is some weird dns pointing now for fleetpay.com that is listed diff than .net. I suppose I could report to ev1.net which looks like they may be hosting, but there are some very weird dns stuff going on if you follow it. These people are really nasty because they are trying to get financial info like paypal scams.
