Problem with WebMail

[font=Arial]My clients are unable to send email from the webmail account. And, many times users receive errors (email does not exist...even though it does) trying to send email to my client. My client sent me an email 2 hours ago from webmail, and I still have not received it.

Is there something that I need to setup for webmail to work properly?

There shouldn't be anything special you need to do to allow webmail.

Delays I have been seeing with emails though last few days, be interesting to see if you eventually get the email.

Submit a support ticket with the exact error message...
