i like to know what all software, server you need to setup a ringtone site.

I think u need to have a server in the clients country so that, ringtones downloaded from the server can be sms to the users mobile

can anyone give me a idea of to send a ringtone or a wallpaper order from a site be sms'ed to the users mobile.

I'm curious about this too. I think some cell phone service providers have developer programs that let you create content for mobile phones. I don't know if that includes a delivery system.

I dont really know about the ringtone side of things that much but in terms of actually sending stuff to your phone, take a look at http://www.clickatell.com they are who i use to send messages/info to phones and are quite cheap.
