What he comlained is his emails were deleted from the web mail. He want to keep it there for future use but disappeared after several days. It is so weird.

Dont use webmail if you plan on keeping messages for a long time, store them on your local machine... You should always keep a local backup of important files...

We delete emails older than 30 days as stated in the ToS. This is because we dont track mail disk usage.

Me too

Yes all the hosting service is very good.
But I dont know what is happening to email service.
Today I lost 2 good clients, because he make some test
and his email accounts dont recieve any test mail.

One test was made from aol, other from prodigy.
The test was made in my presence.

And Email sents never arrive to the Customers Mailbox.
Im still waiting the test emails!!!

What is happening?

The customer knows the rule. The problem is he received his emails not more than one weeks and then lost it.

Pixo, you'll have to give more information, domain names, etc. Submit a ticket and we can track these problems.
