not recieving mail
my client... which is http://www.medtronixmedicals.com
has a problem with their mail. I think I've set everything properly, but there's a problem with receiving mail. I've used DNSreport.com to check for this. |

Can you be a bit more specific about the problem, is the client recieving mail from the server, or the server receiving mail from other people etc ?
Any errors conditions or messages your customer gets would be handy too. Looking at the DNS report for that domain you look like you've got ns and ns1 as the nameservers, are you sure they shouldn't be ns1 & ns2, how recently was the domain added into the control panel ? all new domains should be on the latter set of nameservers. |

to be specific...
the client can send mail but cannot recieve. ... but as of now, they are recieving mail. But we didn't do anything on the servers, which i really find it weird. But to continue... Our name or the nameservers are set to... ns1.bigwebstudio.com ns2.bigwebstudio.com these settings are still set on the domain name. All our other clients use the same settings without a problem. which I really find it strange that when we set the hosting, it posted these as the nameservers ns2.hsphere.cc. ns2.bigwebstudio.com I thought that there might be a connection with this with recieving mail. |

Check in your Reseller DNS Manager, becuase to be getting ns2.hsphere.cc appear it probably means you haven't added the aliases for it yet.
