Can't Create Account

H-spere will not let me create an account. The only error message it gives me is that the account cannot be created and technical support has been notified. Is anyone else having this problem creating a unix account?

The exact error message is: "Failed to create Account
Internal Error, Tech Support Was Notified"

You'll have to submit a TT to get it looked at. That's the fastest way to get it solved.

Is there a maximum number of accounts I can have in a service domain. I have about 10 in the service domain that won't let me create an account.

10 users signed up for a service plan or 10 domains under the service account?

If you can submit a ticket we can actually login to your account help you faster.

There's no domain limit under a service account as far as I know. My service account has about 25 domains in it.

There are no limits unless you set them.

It could be that you are using a duplicate login/username. this would cause that error.

I tried to set one up with a different domain because I thought this may be the problem, but it failed also.

I have 10 accounts under the service domain and I have submitted a trouble ticket but my tickets rarely get answered. In fact, I never had one get answered so maybe I'm doing something wrong. I assume all I have to do is submit it and if I get an email conformation then I know it has been submitted. By the way, I am getting email conformation that the account was created in spite of the error message I get when I try to create the account.

I've always found it's best to send in an email directly to them, instead of using HSphere TT system.

If your sending the ticket in by email though make sure you detail your H-Sphere account name etc and customer account names where applicable else they have a hard time working out just who you are
