OpenSRS not registering the name

Ok, Here is the thing. I know that I am being charged $15.00 for the registering of a new name and in turn I charge my clients $15.00 (I could use someone else that's cheaper but for simplicity I kept it here and didn't make any profit.) Does this actually register the site or not. I had a customer sign up and use the register new domain. But when I go check to see if the domain is taken, it still says available. Do I have to do something else manually?

i am not using the "register a new domain" option but I ll give you my opinion.

First, in any case i guess you need to wait at least 48 hours to see that this domain has been taken,

Second, as I dont use it (the option) I dont really know if the system hs-sphere register the domain name automatically.
I always to my register company and register the domain manually MYSELF.

Thanks, I guess I'll have to check in the next 24-48. Hopefully by that time someone else hasn't registered the name. I guess I will just have to have someone else do the registering. It's cheaper for the client also.

If you find out or come across any other information. Please post it here. Meanwhile if anyone else knows some more detail, I hope they post.

well just about the prices, currently I get domain names at $12 , if this might interest you.
and i have total control about their manipulation.
