Mail Service Down

I see a lot of chatter about spam issue and changes to mail servers, most of which I am not cognisant of.

I haven't seen anything about mail service being down on the unix servers since this morning. Am I the only reseller/client account with this problem. I have sent support an email but since my pop server doesn't seem to be working I can not receive anything. My outside mail senders say they are getting bounce backs.

Can someone let me know on this forum what's going on. I'll keep any eye out for replies. Is ther anything I should be doing to trouble shoot this myself?
