Free ASP Components

Two things:

1. I have a couple of customers who would like to be able to use the free ASP component 'ASP Simple Upload' (http://www.asphelp.com/aspsimpleupload). I submitted a ticket for this and the support rep wrote back and estimated that it could be installed sometime last week. Since then we've written back and forth a couple of times but I haven't gotten an updated estimate of when it can be installed and the component still hasn't been installed (as far as I know). One of my customers in particular is being very vocal about needing this (it was available on my previous reseller host) and I would like to know if this could be expedited.

2. I'd like to suggest that MatrixReseller post a list on their site of free ASP components that are available on the servers so that I can advertise their availability. This will CUT DOWN on requests for new components to be installed because customers will be able to find a component we already support rather than blindly downloading their own and asking for support for it later. Do you have a current list (or even an outdated one) somewhere you can post here?

I am uploading a lot of new stuff tonight.. I had planed to get it done today by 5PM but a little behind because of the server problems this week..

That's a lot of components =) That will look nice in your resellers' advertising. Could you post here when these (particularly ASPSimpleUpload) are installed? That way I'll know when to update my customer. Thank you very much for the detailed info.

Every thing was installed and went smooth with the update scripts. So i will be doing NT10, NT11 and NT12 tomorrow.. This means each of the servers must be rebooted as well so look for about 5 min of downtime on each server.

OK thanks for the update. The main customer of mine who's waiting for ASP Simple Upload and bugging me every day is on NT10. So, if you wouldn't mind posting here when the new components are installed there I'd appreciate it.

NT10 is done and rebooting.. NT11 will be tomorrow or wed. and then NT12..

NT8,NT7 and NT6 will be installed tomorrow and will have all this stuff installed by default.
