Hosting just the mx records of a website

With Hsphere is it at all possible to host just the mail side of things for a website? IE i have a client who has his own dns server and wants to redirect all his mail through me. (long story)

Sure it is, create an "email only" plan for them, you'll need to load their domain name into the control panel as well to make sure mail relays but that should be about all I think. They'll need to update their MX records with their registrar as well of course.
