if it is your service domain, it will mail1.binico.com.

It might not be safe to use the IP, there is a reason why Vortech uses names, you won't have to worry about IP changes.

lankan, actually if could be mail1.binico.com or mail2.binico.com; only if that is your service domain though.

Otherwise it will be mail.binico.com. If you want the IP you can ping it from DOS prompt and get it, but using the address is recommended.

i tried with the same credentials for POP3.
It worked fine.

username for imap or pop will be your email address, password is the one you set up in hsphere.
