.com selection not available in plan setup. **Resolved**

(Not sure what forum to put this in)

I set up a plan and am signing up a client... when I get to the register their domain part I have "www." an input box and a select dropdown menu... but the drop down is blank so I cannot select a .com or .net... what to do?
