what do you mean?
Did you try sending one mail from somewhere, say, Yahoo or Hotmail or even your local ISP?

Is it a POP3 account or a forwarding? I usually see a negligible delay in forwarding which is not a big problem for me at this moment.

Hmm...I guess a little more info would help.

I cannot receive any mail at a particular domain. I have sent test messages from other domains hosted with Matrix, and from a Netscape webmail account.

I can send outgoing mail from the problem domain without any errors.

I am not getting any bounce errors on the problem domain, and the test messages are failing show up in Outlook, in @Mail, and in SquirrelMail.

Oh, and it's a true POP3 account.

And of course...now that I sit back down and test it again, a day later, it works...but none of my earlier test emails came through, so I wonder what else I lost...

I am unable to send mail from any of my Vortech hosted domains:

IntermodalWireless.com
RENavigators.com
BrigetteGrayBrooks.com...etc.

I can receive messages okay, but I cannot reply or create and send any. Is anyone else having this issue?

What error message are you receiving when you try to send mail?

Do you have SMTP AUTH enabled?

I haven't been able to receive email since about 3:00 AM CST today.

Error Number 0x800ccc0e.

@mail says the message was sent successfully. I can send and receive email from each domain as long as the sending and receiving domains are hosted with Vortech. (i.e. webmaster@renavigators -> webmaster@brigettegraybrooks.com). If I send messages from any domain hosted with Vortech it never shows up in the external email account. No errors are reported. I'm using the @mail web based mail client. I have not seen where SMTP AUTH is an option to set within the client.

My client cannot receive any mail at a particular domain too. One of the email that he never received was sent from Hotmail.

He also got trouble sending email from SMTP server, I'm not sure if his ISP (www.tube.com) has blocked the SMPT server. I asked him to use his ISP SMTP server instead (mail2.tube.com) to send outgoing email.

One more thing, my client is a mac user and he uses microsoft outlook 5.1.

I'm closing this thread, this is for the outage on 7/11 , over 2 weeks ago almost. No new posts about mail problems here. Submit tickets if its a problem specific to you and you can't figure it out from the other mail threads.
