Echo Gateway and AVS

I've got the Echo Gateway working in my control panel. I ran some test transactions through and then looked at my report in Echo. I noticed that H-Sphere is not using the correct code to use the AVS system.

The transaction goes through with an ES code instead of EV. Even though H-Sphere is passing the billing address through to Echo, because the correct code is not going, AVS isn't being used.

The downside to this, is that Echo merchants pay a higher rate for transactions that don't use AVS.

Anyway to correct this or has anyone else noticed this? I posted this on Psoft's forum as well to see if anyone there has an answer.
