Any blocking upstream of SpamAssassin?

I'm having trouble getting mail from forum@webwizguide.info. Apparently they had moved their mail server to an ip that had been formerly used by a spammer. The mail server ip has since been removed from any black lists, but mail from it is still being blocked.

On my isp mail account (using spamguard), I was able to explicitly allow mail from forum@webwizguide.info to get through.

On Vortech mail accounts however, even though SpamAssassin is set up to allow mail from forum@webwizguide.info, nothing comes through.

I have one client who we just set up on vortech who is now unable to receive email from a newsletter service too. Unfortunately its his newsletter service.

I am trying to see where the block is and I will post the results here.

Apparently he is getting a soft bounce. which as i understand, means the mail is getting here, but being rejected here too for some reason.

Just thought i would update this post, it appears that the vortech mail servers did not automatically update the spamhaus lists so ip's were still blocked that were not supposed to be blocked anymore.

The techs were able to diagnose and fix it within 24 hours, thanks for the hard/fast work.

Still appears to be blocked somewhere. Same situation occurring with mail from webwizmailinglist.com
I can explicitly allow both through my isp's SpamGuard but doing the same for Spam Assassin here doesn't appear to work.
