Status of Status Page
For me, the server status page is loading slower than it updates! Result is I never see it.
Is this my special problem or are others having trouble seeing http://status.vortechhosting.com:8080 ?

The status page is loading really fast but hsphere is taking days...

The status page is loading fine for me on an outside network.
As for Hsphere, it appears the CP is being rebooted. The developes have been working on it all morning, all with the techs so hopefully it will get back to normal very soon.

I'm also getting a timout while trying to send a trouble ticket. Been tryin' for about an hour now.

If you're sending the ticket in through the control panel, you may want to try submitting it at http://vortechsupport.com instead until the cp issues are worked out. You can also email us at support@vortechsupport.com and we will receive it in the ticket system.

Actually Carly, I was trying to send the ticket through http://vortechsupport.com/ because I couldn't get through the CP. I could get there ok but when I hit submit, it waited about 5 minutes and then I got a server error. I'll just send an e-mail. Thanks.
