I would NEVER use an ad to give to a company to establish a partnership.
This is a business relationship. Like any relationship, each one is unique. You would first try to speak with the owner, and float the idea. If there is interest, then setup a meeting. During this meeting, you would demonstrate your services. This will show them the value you can give to their customers. Remember, they too need to be comfortable that their name will not get muddied by promoting your services.
And like mresell says - get a contract, or something in writing that identifies the roles, scope, limitations, and if applicable, duration of the friendship. Approach the contract subject carefully... many people shy away from things when the word "Contract" is brought up.... so get the interest first... and then if the intention becomes evident, suggest that you establish the responsibilities of each party in writing, so that you can have something to refer to down the road if need be. It will likely be a very simple agreement... but its good to have nonetheless.
