12.17.2003-VortechSupport.com/TicketSystem is down.

The remote machine that host our ticket system is currently down, which means the ticket system is down. We are working on fixing it. Please post EMERGENCY's in this post OR you can call 407-323-5634.

Ticket system is about 1/2 way back up now. Any old ticket data at this time is lost you will need to give us the info again. If we had a ticket on hold or waiting on psoft please resubmit the ticket so we can make sure its taken care of.. I will let you know when its 100% working again so that you may resubmit any thing needed.

Yeah, the HD failed. Hard. They said it was making a 'clicking' sound. :/ total data loss.

I've had some reasonable success before with Ontracks EasyRecovery Pro If the heads physically crashed though chances are it would be less stressfull to just dump the drive in the bin

We've got most of the information flying about in various spots. But we've lost previous tickets and need to reload the data which will take some time.

Also, I think I've gleaned the last few bugs out of the system, so if you have submitted a ticket in the past day or so and it hasn't been answered or you didn't receive a response, then go ahead and resubmit.
