@mail down?

I can't log into @mail with multiple email accounts from different domains (all within the same reseller account). I can use outlook to send and receive emails from these accounts, so they are active. Any ideas?

Here's the error message I get:
Login Details - The server responded: -ERR authorization failed

Make sure you are typing your username and password exactly as they show up. If its for your service domain, you will need to click the "Enter your mail server" link and enter mail#.yourdomain where # is the mail server you are on. IE, if your on mail4 it would be mail4.domain.com
