Site problems - no support reply

I have 2 calls that are over 10+ hours old with no repsponse.

With the second call, the customer is experiencing intermittant down-times and reports that they can't FTP.

No this is not the place for support issues, but maybe admin can see why these have gone unanswered ... please! I have the customer on my back with nothing to reply back with.

Sorry for the delay. All the techs are tied up at the moment. right now I am the only one available for support issues, and am a bit overloaded.

I would like to say i am very sorry about the wait..

We have been doing a lot of new things to make things a lot better..

We have a lot of new servers linedup to coming on line ASAP.
We have tighted security on all systems..
We have worked out a new backup plan that should work a lot better.
We have also be able to reduse the CPU/Memory load of when the backup runs so it does not slow the sites down on NT servers.
We also installed a new 320 GB Back Server to things backed up even better.
We are also working out a local network 2nd network to make backups faster, and maybe even to offer offline mySQL,msSQL and pgSQL so they are more secure.


We have also been in the works to bring up a CPanel and Pleask Reseller network as well with in the next few months..

As you can see we have been busy.. We have a lot of things in the works and it really bogged down our ticket response time and i am very sorry about that..
