Craig update please!!

Maybe you're not there but I see your name up on the front page as being logged in. Could you give us a brief update on what's going on with the CP. My account is really messed up atm, I know other people are also having problems.

Not to complain but I think posting about problems and giving an ETA should come before fixing the problem if it's going to take more than 15 minutes to fix. Most of the people here have clients to answer too, we can't do much if we don't even know what's going on ourself.

not sure what you mean, i have been answering some tickets about a slow CP, but the CP is coming up very fast for me and I am not on the network.

Other than the fact that all your plans are turned off except 1, everything looks perfectly fine to me. If your still having problems put in a ticket and be specific about what the problem is please.

Thanks for taking a look Craig, it seems that the speed is spuratic, sometimes fast sometimes slow. At least no more errors!
