Emails issues

If you have an email issue with something bouncing back, send us the full headers. Too much time is wasted by sending in a ticket with absolutely no information. Please from now on if you have an issue give us all information, this also includes putting the domain name in the email if your site is down, or if you are having a problem with a database, we need database name and server name.

"your mail stop working, fix now!"

"customer brain broke, fix now!"
