Path for CGI scripts

I'm trying to use Matt Wright's random text generator. It's not working so I must have the wrong path. Right now, I'm using "/mydomain.com/file.txt" as the file where I keep all my random text but the script says it cannot find the file. Likewise, on my homepage where I want to display the random text, I used the following tag -- <!--#exec cgi="/mydomain.com.com/cgi-bin/rand_text.pl"-->

mydomain.com.com looks wrong.(Maybe a typo, I know that isn't the domain) Also Depends on where the script expects to look for the file. Just try putting it in w/ script.
