We have reported the bug, they have a beta fix. But I think we will hold off as we saw some security issues with there beta fix. I hope they get it fully fixed soon.

I go back to the home page and then to the Account back-up page a couple of times until the status changes.

The jobs go into a queue, so when the multi-submit problem is fixed, the length of time before the back up runs is going to vary by what's in queue ahead of it.

It appaers that the back-up is the type of thing that you submtt, then return later to see if it's completed.

Well the problem was that there was a bug that caused backups to fail if there was someone else trying to do a backup at the same time. That made the backup thing pretty useless in a shared environment. I would not be surprised if the process that reads the queue has been stopped.

Any status on getting this working on the cluster? I'm anxious to introduce this to my customers but haven't yet because I still cannot make a successful backup yet. Just stays on waiting and then after a couple days I get a failed message.

Thanks

Your signature shows XML FEED http://nagios.hsphere.cc/feed.xml
It appears this is not realtime? Currently shows mail8 is up, but in fact it is down.

That's a little off topic, you might want to post a new thread, or post in the mail8 thread where the outage is being discussed.

I dont think the nagios XML feed is actually 100% complete/working yet, if you log in to nagios you'll see it reporting mail8 as down.

feed.xml is a live status. You saw Mail8 up because it was up and running. We had the OS restores and were working on the Mail Users Main Database and didn't have a default route so it would not bounce emails for not having the user on the database yet.
