anyone still using OSB 2.1?

i am looking for an experienced user of OSB 2.1 to bounce some issues/questions off of. For example:

Can you add other Gateways?
Working with the CF variables etc.

This is one of the best shopping carts around. We use to use this on our old NT systems, but will not work in our H-Sphere setups..

True it is a nice system, however, i need more of the 'open-sourceness' of OScommerce--can you tell me about the posibility of adding gateways?

There is no option to add more.. That was the one down fall to that system.. The hole darn thing is encoded..

here is what i found about version 3--

it involves editing the db and installing api's from the gateway vendor-- i take it version 2 does not have that flexibility

the upgrade sounds much better, but it doesn't look cheap. The 'mall option' is what you guys would purchase -- right?

Yea we have mall of of version 2.1... Yea there is only like 10 sites that even use the thing we never really pushed it.. I can't see spending anther $5000 for an upgrade..

The only people i thought left using it was Kim, Bob,, and poor old Lloyd Gunn,, but he doesnt need his anymore.
