Cpanel or Hsphere?

After playing around with HSphere for a couple of weeks, I was curious to test Cpanel. Now I would like to know from some more experience people if I miss an important point before I make a decision.

My main complaint about HSphere is that customers have too many options of messing things up. If I had a say, I would just let them set up their e-mail accounts and that's it.

So Cpanel seems a lot easier. Here are the disadvantages I found so far:

-no automatic sign up
-no billing
-option to display customer information very limited

I can see now why some people expressed that they prefer HSphere in spite of it's querks. I would like to hear if there is anything else you would really miss as a reseller in Cpanel.

Thanks, I appreciate your advice.

Last time I checked Cpanel, the email configurator was not as flexible as the one provided by Hsphere.

I've had both and prefer cpanel. I host only my web design clients (not open to public), works better for me.

cpanel vs h-sphere

I have used both. Decided to go back to H-sphere - cannot live without the automatic sign-ups and billing.

Cpanel makes it ALOT easier to verify orders as being legit before they are granted access to the account. With Hsphere being automated you basically have 2 options (1) trust every sign up or (2) go back and verify them everyday, as we do. Otherwise, you are going to end up with (1) porn, (2) spammers and/or (3) a gazillion charge backs because of stolen credit cards.
