email question forward & sending mail

I have a client who wants to do the following:

Have an email go to an employee, name@company.com, and also to my client.
Then he wants the employee to be able to send email from name@company.com

(just wants to monitor whats coming in, I already advised him on privacy)

Heres my idea, anyone know if it will cause problems or have a better idea, please let me know......

I have set up a mailbox for name@company.com AND
I set up a forward from name@company.com to my client

When I send mail it goes to name@company.com and with the forward it also goes to my client. AND name@company.com can send email because its a full account.

It appears to work ok, anyone ever do this or know a better way?

Im kind of worried that some or all of the email might not make to both mailboxes as it is set up like this

It should. HSphere had problems in the past setting it up properly but they seem to have fixed it... Just don't turn on SpamAssassin

You never used to be able to do it as HSphere when it encoutered a Mailbox and a Forward for the same address just sent the email into a blackhole instead .... they did fix that one up about 6 months ago though.
