New Forum Skin

Doesn't wotk for me either, apart from being slow and having lots of wasted space. Here on Mozilla/Linux, the fonts are way too small. VBskinz should take a CSS lesson or two to design cross platform skins.

Anyway, it would be great to get a decent skin added. The default one would be fine.

This skin is useless and a waste of good screen real estate.

Good lord. I would have commented on this thread earlier, but it took me three days just to find it! First I had to post my own message asking where the "View All New Threads" link went, then I had to wait for this to bubble up to the new threads list. Hehe

No offense intended to the designer of this theme, but it is without a doubt an order of magnitude more difficult to use thant the old theme. With the old theme, I could digest dozens of threads a day without blinking. With this theme, I really have to work at it even after 3-4 days of use. It is slooow, difficult to read on the light gray background, and on Linux the default font is too small to read.

Yikes! I haven't been here in a few days! Zowie! This is horrible!

I might like this more if I were a 15 year old gamer zombie. Or if I wasn't a graphic designer. I agree with all the previous posts that say this site should be no-frills, lean, fast loading and easy to read. I'm not sure the old skin was the answer, but I never really thought about it, which says something.

This is almost as bad as the Vortech site.

Great. This works much faster and is much easier to read. Still not keen on the post boxes being separated and having the user info above the post but still this is a vast improvement on the last one.

speaking of being picky...um there isn't a "mark forums as read" link anymore. (yeah i know theres one in the quicklinks menu, but thats just a pain)
