Urchin stats

Has anyone else noticed a nosedive in Urchin stats the last 24 hours.

Tuesday, was the Texas Primary election. One of our clients is a political party and there stats should have gone way up on the day before and on election day.

Thats what webalizer shows. In fact on Tuesday it shows sessions were more than double the previous high. But Urchin shows that on Monday sessions dove to 14, and on election day they were 0. This was a real poor time for this to fade to black.

Has anyone else had this problem? Does it relate to the upgrade? Was I supposed to do something in conjuction with the upgrade.

I am not looking forward to telling my client that on their "big day of the year" we did not get statistics from the "premium" stats package.

We are experiencing an issue with the Windows servers and Urchin reporting. Ticket is in to PSoft and we are awaiting a reply.

Yea it seems some of the win servers don't want to gzip the files to send over to urchin system. Trying to find out why with Psoft.

Psoft found the issue, we just need to go over all the systems and update the H-Sphere install. We will do this today after 2PM to all the systems so the stats should fully run tonight.
