awstats kicks webalizers butt (in fact it comes pretty close to Urchin imo as well not quite as "pretty" but shows pretty much the same things, lets face it theres only so many ways you can display and analyse a log file), so if we only had the choice of one free one I don't think a single customer or reseller would mind changing from webalizer to awstats personally

I'm pretty sure it must be a config setting, the logs have the info in them so it must be able to be enabled somehow for webalizer, I get that info on other sites using webalizer anyway.

How do you logon to urchin
is there a default user name..?

I changed the password but still will not let me in..?

The user name will be what your CP end user name is and the password is the same as your CP but you can change it under web options..

To get to urchin its just http://urchin.hsphere.cc:9999

yeah tried that and its not working...

It basically blanks out the fields and says to logon again..

No error, nothing...

Nice work on getting urchin hooked up... everyone here is probably more than willing to kiss your feet for making it happen!

A couple questions I have... I mostly want the stats for my service domain, and several of the domains that are under it. Is there a $2.50 charge for each domain that I activate? And how long will it take for stats to start showing up? Currently I just have a broken graphic, so I'm sure it will take a certain amount of time for it to kick in. One more quick question - I'm mostly working with unix accounts and noted in earlier posts that everything hadn't been ironed out with it Unix yet... (just curious).

Once again, nice job on the implementation - Just one more reason you guys are the best in the biz.

One major advantage for awstats....It runs under your domain name. Which means to you can check your stats using a secure connection =)
