well, this is the form that I'm using. I take it from some thread posted when @mail setup.

I tried to change server name, if I point to my service domain, authentication fails when login from domains, if I point it to other domain only succesfull login if this domain is in ths same server...

What may be wrong?

Checked your code,
You need two pages, one for clients and one for your service domain

The default page will look similar to what you had but you need a javascript function that makes the mail server for them. When they enter their email address it automatically makes their mail server.

On your page you need to be able to type in your mail server.
(i.e. mail1.yourservicedomain.com).

You can look at the @mail login to see how this is done
or
you can unzip the files I've attached.

I modified your script to work. I did not put in any style or looking good formatting. FYI,I tested these screens and they worked fine.

defaultmail.htm is for non-service domain mail. At the bottom is a link to the custom page

detailmail.htm You enter your mail server as well as other info. It has a link back to the defaultmail.htm. It could be hard coded but instead the page has the lanuage option as well for clients that do not speak english

mail.servicedomain.com is incorrect. Unless you are entering the correct mailserver that is not gonna work.

It's a bit late now becuase you've got all your aliases setup and no doubt customers as well, but my trick is to NOT create an alias called "mail" that way both my service domain and customer domains can use it and you don't run into these sorts of problems.

I alias the Vortech mailservers as mail1-mail3 (or however many there are)
