@ Login Problem ~ ERR authorization failed

I keep on getting this error message, when trying to access my email accounts using webbased:
Login Details - The server responded: -ERR authorization failed

However when i access my emails from the Control Panel, everything seems to be working fine.

bobi, check the response I sent you. You have to get your nameserver problems fixed before continuing - you have too many listed under you DNS.

Once you've updated that and given it a couple of days to propagate, then you should check your @mail account.

You also may want to try the login that lets you put in your email server - http://216.157.131.123/index.pl?func=srv

The regular login defaults to mail.yourdomain.com but if your service domain is on a mail server other than mail it will not work.
