We sell domains for $15.00 per year. You can sell them for whatever you like. That is between you and your customers.

Hopefully Psoft will work enom accounts into H-Sphere Domain Registration soon then with luck all of us with our own enom accounts can use that instead.

$15 as said above for US TLD's other countries 2LD's are all different prices I think, personally I don't use Vortech's domain registration becuase the price isn't really compettitive enough.

Hey Brangwyn, so, if you do not use Vortech, do you have a seperate place for your customers to set up their domains?

I recently became a reseller, and would like to get my customers to register through there, as I can offer a price that at least allows me to make some money.

Vortech themselves is an OpenSRS reseller, and therefore, it cost the $10 per domain, so of course, they charge us $15.... it is a business practice.. can't fault them or the system.

I am my own registrar now... it is not hard... only a set up fee.. lotta paperwork to set up.

This is so cheap... NetRegistry.com.au charges $66/2yrs for .com (about US$21 per year) and I thought that was way cheap.

Is there any down side to registering via the CP? Can I register a domain name here and get access to delegation info and host the site elsewhere? Does that count as another CP "domain" and I still have to pay $4/mo or whatever for it?

I have an enom account, I can give out $11.95 reseller accounts (you can get cheaper, but hey I got to make a living too), someone here is offering $8.14 accounts or thereabouts I think (which I might even go for myself later actually).

It's a little more involved than that being a registrar, I've been looking into it for .nz 2lds, who have you "signed up" with ?

I am currently an OpenSRS reseller. I do this so people can register domains outside of my hosting. So, I can offer a little bit of service or all of the service all over the place.

I still have the registrar with Vortech running, since I have yet to incorporate everything, though, somehow, I need to!

My hope is one day Psoft will let resellers use us or there own if they have one be it enom or openSRS ( I my self Love openSRS ) so I don't see us moving any time..

ahh thanks cjmelhorn, being a "reseller" though is very different than being an actual "registrar"

I have an OpenSRS account as well, but I prefer enom's interface and API to be honest.

Wouldn't that be nice Brad we can only hope one day Psoft do it, at least they have enom at your level now and that looks like it took ages for psoft to add in.
