I 've been having some problems lately with my mail servers.
The thing is that I host serveral domains using php and asp. The domains using ASP seems to be working just right! but with the domain that use PHP I am having a few problems with the mail server. It seems like if through a simple PHP form, the send mail has to reach any of my domains (in the same server) the mail never arrives; while if you change the send to, to any other domain on the net, it works just fine. What I mean is that I have domain no1 hosting a php form, the mail which has to be received by the domain no2 (which is on thesame server) it is never received. And still the domain no1 cant sent a mail to itself throught a PHP form; At the same time if the domain no1 sends the email to anyother domain throught the same form (which is not hosted on my server) the mail is received just fine! It seems like the server gets confused on where to deliver the mail while it is on the same server. How can I solve this;? Thank you. |

Which server is this on? I've had a couple of similar sounding issues too.

ns3.planetstore.gr -> 216.157.145.13 using mail4.hsphere.cc / nt17.hsphere.cc the second domain is ns2.planetstore.gr -> 216.157.145.12 ns3.planetstore.gr -> 216.157.145.13 using mail1.planetstore.gr / nt33.planetstore.gr as you can see from the dns I hadnt submited right several server aliases. but I was told that this issue was fixed from the support group. |
