Accounting error email notification

Brad, the Accounting system sent me several emails this morning -one for each customer account.....i don't know if this is local to me or what it means, but i thought i'd better let you know.... sample below....

Hi Murray, I have sent this into P-Soft this morning to find out what the deal is. No response yet. Once I get a response I will post it here for you and everyone else, because I am sure you are not the only one who received responses such as this.

Yes , I received these tickets too , for all users in my account.

murray, Both Lindsey and I have emailed Psoft today about this error we should hear back from them some time tomorrow there support is always a little slow or lack there of on the weekends now it seems.. But as long as they can fix it tomorrow I will be happy..

thanks guys, i'm not really concerned about it (i hope???) - just wanted to let you know in case it meant something to you.
What I am concerned about is fixing the accounting glitches, and it sounds as though PSoft are addressing this, so I'm happy to wait till the next CP upgrade, and see.
Maybe this is them fixing that.

The accounting error was due to a restart of the CP to fix anther issue ( By Psoft ). It should not happen again. I am very sorry about the issue but it should not of messed any thing up.
