Upgrading cp... will take approximately 15 minutes. This fixes a couple issues we are having, and should imrpove the CP performance.

The new patch changed some priorities to make user interface more important than the crons... They also did some internal stuff to optimize the crons (Traffic/Usage loaders & Revenue)
