I am working with Psoft to figure this one out, I will post updates here as I get them.

Is this related to some FTP and Webshell issues I am having with nt8?
FTP shows: "cannot login, home directory inaccessible".

Dave, check Ticket DWG-57715 user wasn't able to log in, then it was working, went to activate frontpage on a site, got an error and right after that, 10 seconds later the control panel wasn't working again. *Not sure if this helps or not but better safe to know then not.

It's not that it's not slow, I still can't log in. Do you expect it to be down much longer or should I not bother too much with it today? TT on this is DWG-57715

Good luck overall with it though.

I believe the issue with NT8 is a seperate issue and was caused during an Hsphere upgrade yesterday. I know the techs have tickets in to Psoft regarding the matter. I am just not sure how quickly Psoft will respond being as it is Saturday.

I've had a couple of issues since yesterday (still being sorted) but they've been fast and helpful with the replies.

Seems like things may be a 'bit' busy.... check if Brads about, if he isn't, put your feet up and take five - you lot deserve it

I understand it's Sunday and your doing the best you can, but are there anymore updates. I just switched from another host because of technical problems, now I'm kinda in limbo, I've got my service domain transfered over, but all of my customer sites were in the process of being switched when H-Sphere down. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

From what I know, we are still waiting on Psoft to fix the issue. There is nothing we can do until they reply back with a fix or they actually fix whatever the issue is.

Still waiting on Psoft to track down these issues after the upgrade. I kicked NT8 around for about an hour and still no luck. These are the ones I know are having a few issues..

NT8, NT31, mssql3, maybe NT32. Sites and everything on these systems are fine we are just having some issues with the upgrade from Psoft on the win systems. Once they get back to us I will be sure to update everone.

For about 10 minutes I was able to do a few things so that's a plus but again, Control Panel locks up...

Haven't had any problems myself with CP last few days .. have one customer with some FTP weirdness going on (NT8) but hoefully Sharond will figure that one out.

Dave I had pm'd you with some sites on nt8 that were also getting the FTP: "cannot login, home directory inaccessible".

Tried off an on today with no luck until just now...

No longer getting the ftp error.
