Support System
I have sent in two tickets today no reply no nothing... What is going on with the system? It has only worked about two of the three times I have used it. I hate having to go to yahoo to send you guys support stuff

The ticket system has been working all day from what I can tell. We have been receiving and sending replies all day.

Okay... The last ticket I sent from my main email to support@hsphereXX.cc, support@matrixresellerXX.com and support@vortechhostingXX.com came back... from vortechhosting.com so maybe it is somthing with the other domains I do not know. I used support@matrixresellerXX.com the other times.
XX so you do not get nailed with spam...
