09/24/2003: mail.hsphere.cc

The server mail.hsphere.cc is currently down. This affects people with accounts on mail (not mail1, mail2, or mail3), and websites using the database 'mysql' (not mysql1 or mysql2).

We are working on resolving the issue ASAP.

Is this mail problem also effecting the support form page?

I am not getting receipts after sending to either support@vortexhosting.com or support@hsphere.cc so tried the web support page but the form doesnt work?

just hope this mail can be fixed soon.

Yep..It must affect Hsphere...I just got 2 new clients and I or they did't receive the signup letter ! Maybe the mailserver is just blocked up with mail to send after the downtime ? On status.vortechhosting.com it looks like mail is working again.

looks like it's fallen over again, mail1 is showing Orange on ipMonitor right now too.

Part of your problem would appear to be the way you are spelling VORTECH (not vortex).

This happends every night we recycle IIS on the NT machines to clear out any hung scripts by our excellent scripters we have here.

It appears that some config file corruption is causing networking snafus. We're trying to restore it to normal. The machine is up and running but not talking to the network properly.
