Urchin 5 is here?

it works from the CP, that is where I changed it, before i even logged into urchin at all.

Also, urchin can't be in a folder like webalizer as it is a "dedicated server side" stats program

So far urchin seems to be some what working for NT accounts it is pulling stats for them. The unix accounts it does not seem to be doing just yet.

Psoft is going to upgrade a few things today that should fix it they say. We will see in a few hours..

Uhm...I'm still getting "Internal Error, Tech Support Was Notified" when I try to add urchin to an NT account. Admin - Is it to early to submit TT about this or should I just wait and see ??

I would say it is still too early to submit a TT, we have a few in already to psoft, they are working on it.

Just tried again to add Urchin and it worked Great stats and graphs...

You see stats? Everything is at zero here...

I only see stats from Wednesday to Saturday last week.
Hopefully the last stats are coming with 24 hours. (Normally Urchin updates ones every 24 hour).

theviking, your right it should update once every 24 hours. Every thing seems to be working so far..

If your stats don't update just let us know the domain in a ticket and we can run it by hand and find out why..

Urchin is working fine on my NT account.

At first I had no stats so I let it be for a few hours, came back and there they were.

yep it read them around 2am to 4am when the network load is at its lowest..

My logs are also only from 9/3 onward so I assume that webalizer must have deleted previous logs. correct?

am i also right in assuming that it runs on a Saturday to Saturday week? I too am only seeing last Wed. - Sat.

Yea I think it does sat to sat. also if the old logs got delete it would be able to get them back. But it will keep all that info in urchin after it gets it one time as well..

Urchin is really smart when it comes to that it will also not read logs 2 times that helps us to keep bandwidth down and CPU time on the urchin server..
