My sites are down again for seven hours and counting. No one seems to monitor problems as they are unaware until I contact them. The same thing happened a few weeks ago and numerous times before. Upgrading to a dedicated server only made problems worse. I would not recommend this company.

I don't know what the deal is with Vortech... either they are dying a slow death or they just don't a ---- .
Spent an entire day pulling my hair out because sites are down, no response to tickets and phone support gives a busy signal. No phones at all? How can anyone be in business without a phone? Seriously tired of looking like a fool to my customers.

mail1 has a issue with its queue - no e-mails are coming in or going out. can someone look at this ASAP please.

The ticket id is SYJ-585859, it was forwarded to Level 3 tech support, but no one response to it. Now, It's more than 48 hours that my dedicated server is down

I'm not getting anywhere with ticket OGA-589806. As a result my clients site has been down for three days. This is so unprofessional.

My dedicated server has been down about 4 days and there is no news from Vortech Support!!

Their coldfusion down at least 3 times a week during our office hours
Most of time they cliam that they were restarting service. They really like "restart everything" fix ![]() |
