Thumbs down Releasing a costumer

Hi .... I just enherit the admin of this service provider 2 months ago and ive read many posts about email issues and many other stuffs.

Right now my company is suffering from this absolutely horrendous outcome in spam abuse case, and our costumers aswell.. such is the case, that ive received the request from some clients to release them from Our Servers and give them absolute control to move to another service provider, including the domain name (/*sigh)

The problem is that i dont know how to do that... ive looked the support site for a live chat application and couldnt find it.

Any further help would be really appretiated since i have many clients requesting the same thing.

It is sad to see how Vortech is loosing the fight atm.. but we can't channel out our deficiencies to our costumers (speaking as a reseller)... so we even adopted the policy to help to set up the website at their new provider... we dont like loosing costumers no1 does, therefore we will support our costumers with or without Vortech service.

I hope i can have any feedback in this matter... thank you very much
