New Phone Number

We have a new phone number 1-800-701-4558, the other number will still work also but now you can also call us by our toll free 800 number.

I have been trying for 3 days to get someone if anybody on the phone in sales and support and noone answers or returns phone calls. If something the matter?

I'm not too sure why you aren't able to get through tech support, perhaps we were all on the phone, as for not calling you back I'm not sure. If you would like, you can send in a support email with your phone number and ask someone to call you back, that's usually a surefire way of making sure you get someone on the phone.

Alot of times if we're on the phone nobody will pick up (meaning everyone is on the phone) so what I would suggest is send an email to support@vortechhosting.com and ask us to give you a call, unless you're not in the US/Canada in which case just try us back.

I always get a response when I email support. This is why I am still with Vortech. Some days are busier than others but they always get back to me.

I have been a customer for almost a year now and have NEVER gotten anyone on the phone! I have tried MANY, MANY times and no one EVER answers.

As far as putting phone numbers in tickets getting you a call back, that is bogus! I have NEVER gotten a call back from a ticket. Can you explain why you have a toll free number but I can never speak to anyone?

Yes the phones are down at this time. We are having connectivity issues at the office and we hope to have them resolved by tomorrow.
