[ed] Sorry, I completely misunderstood - it's not retroactive. It does apply to current accounts but only from now onwards. My apologies! So yes, the cost can be passed on to clients from this point and the 8 month reimbursement makes more sense now.

Brangwyn you need to submit a ticket to me in sales, I can't go through everybody's account to see if they've gone over their alotted accounts (that wasn't supposed to sound rude... although it did, sorry about that)

No problem Dan, hope you're feeling better. I just got the impression when it was stated that "everyone would be refunded" that it mean't that, and not everyone that submits a ticket will get refunded .. semantics I know, but then I'm well known for that . guess I just wrongly presumed someone would pull the info from the HSphere billing tables and work from there.

That's a good question. How much would VT charge to move them or would that be something that that they wouldn't do? Would the email accounts get moved as well or would they have to be re-set up? The new reseller changes will force some resellers to find a solution or leave VT. The loss of resellers will mean lost revenue so maybe they'll just have to charge those that remain $10 an account. Perhaps everyone will leave and perhaps that's really what VT wants anyway. Sorry, I just woke up and haven't had a chance to kick the dog yet so I thought I'd complain about something.
